Progression
XP
XP (experience) is Nircraft's core progression currency. Almost everything you do on the server earns XP, and your total XP raises your Level.
Note: Nircraft XP is NOT the same as vanilla Minecraft experience orbs (the green bar used for enchanting). That still works normally. Nircraft XP is a completely separate, server-wide progression statistic.
How you earn XP
The steadiest source is simply playing: you earn XP for every minute of active survival playtime, boosted by a survival multiplier the longer you stay alive. On top of that, most activities award XP, including mining, collecting, combat and bosses, night events, exploration, quests, and voting.
Many categories have a daily limit so progression stays fair.

What leveling unlocks
Every level you gain can grant permanent rewards, and certain milestone levels open up major new content.
Ongoing rewards as you gain XP:
- Extra hearts up to 20 max
- More land claim blocks
- New name colors at higher levels
- New Prestige Challenges to work toward

Where to see your XP
- Holding TAB: your current level, current XP since leveling, and required XP are displayed at the top of the player list.
- /menu command: hovering over your player head displays your current level, current XP since leveling, and required XP.
- Top players in-game leaderboard: shows top 10 players with most XP, as well as your own placement compared to theirs.
